Your bike just arrived? Let's get it built! All of our bicycles come nearly built and ready to go, just need a couple more steps. That means attaching the following: wheel/s, pedals, handlebars, saddle, and any accessories. We will provide the tools necessary to build your bicycle.
We know that you are more than capable of building your brand-new bicycle, but we highly recommend taking it to a qualified bike mechanic. They will ensure that every part and piece is safely tightened to hit the road. Please review our warranty details before building your bicycle, as some altercation may void the warranty process.
Every bicycle and part that leaves our warehouse goes through a chain of workers dedicated to making sure that your product is not damaged. We believe in going the extra mile to ensure you the customer is satisfied. Sadly, that doesn't mean every package will come in the perfect condition that we would like it to. The boxes and bicycles do indeed get damaged throughout the shipping process to your location. As soon as you receive your product, inspect it and contact us if there are any issues.
